Blue cloth (blue sheet)
The blue tarp, lying silently on top of the jumbled rubble and stones, is a "hidden memory" of the site, with its wrinkles and shadows piled up on top of it.
Even exposed to mud and sunlight, its vibrant blue color asserts a pledge to continue protecting something from the elements. It is a fleeting "surface of water" that appears in the rugged framework of the city during breaks in work, a giant handkerchief that quietly conceals the fatigue and secrets of the people working on site.
