It is a code accidentally written by a craftsman, or an invitation to a story of the future.
tra-(トラ)株式会社は、東京を拠点に活動する、文化インフラのデザインファームです。企業から公共機関、教育・文化施設まで、さまざまな組織との協働を通じて、その土地や組織に眠る文脈を読み解くコンサルテーションから、学びのプログラムや共創の場づくりまで、分野を超えて「文化」を組織の力に変えることを目指して活動しています。
20年以上にわたりアート＆カルチャーを介したプロジェクトデザインに携わってきた代表・菊池宏子の実績を活かし、これまでに、企業や自治体との協働プログラム、美術館・学校・芸術祭との学びの仕組みづくりなどを国内外で実施。単発の企画で終わらせず、その土地や組織に根づく「文化インフラ」として蓄積させていく実践を行っています。
「art」を反転させた社名「tra-」は、「越える」「変換する」を意味するラテン語に由来します。名称に添えた「-（ハイフン）」には、共創を起点としプロセスを重視する意志を込めています。
